House of Dharma offers free shipping worldwide

DELIVERIES

UK Deliveries – All UK shipping is free! You will receive an email to confirm your order and an email on point of dispatch listing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 7 working business days for your package to arrive.

Non-domestic Deliveries – All International shipping is free! You will receive an email to confirm your order and an email on point of dispatch, listing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 21 working business days for your package to arrive.

Please note delivery times quoted cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally a package could be late due to reasons out of our control.

RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your House of Dharma purchase. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, we will be happy to accept a return of any unworn items within 14 business days (domestic returns) or 21 business days (International returns) from when your item is shipped out. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, including all tags and original packaging.

 

HOUSE OF DHARMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS INCURRED FOR RETURNED ITEMS. RETURN SHIPPING FEES &  ANY CUSTOM OR DUTY CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER

 

We can only accept items as returned once they have reached us safely and after we have inspected the thoroughly. We therefore strongly recommend a registered reliable mailing service whenever sending returns. House of Dharma is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. We strongly advise also retaining a proof of postage.

 

Each House of Dharma order will have a Returns Form enclosed. The form must be filled out and sent back with your returns package. Send your tagged and unworn items to:

ORDERS FROM THE UK WILL HAVE A FREE RETURNS LABEL ENCLOSED. PLEASE AFFIX THIS TO YOUR RETURNS PACKAGE AND TAKE TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SENDING ALL RETURNED ITEMS VIA A REGISTERED MAILING SERVICE. HOUSE OF DHARMA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES.

REFUNDS

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. All successfully returned items will be refunded by the original method of payment, minus any original shipping charges and import duties incurred by House of Dharma.

REFUND PROCESS TIME

Once your Return arrives within the warehouse, please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once the items are checked and your return has been successful.

SALE ITEMS

All Sale Items purchased cannot be returned. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on items due to the free postage and packaging we offer. However, you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-order your preferred item/size once we have refunded you.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email [email protected] with the details. Once we have received the faulty item we will reimburse for all postage costs incurred provided there is a postal receipt with the returned faulty item. We will replace the item or will fully refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item you did not order please email us at [email protected] with the details. Once we have received the incorrect item we will reimburse for all postage costs incurred provided there is a postal receipt with the returned incorrect item. We will replace the item with the correct one, or will fully refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING MY RETURN?

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items that are not faulty or incorrect. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit. We would therefore advise sending all packages fully tracked. We reserve the right to deduct any additional taxes and duties incurred due to incorrect international postage fees.
